Artifact Taming One is no more
Sadly, Tame One, founding member of the New Jersey Hip Hop collective Artifacts, has passed away. However, the cause of his death has not been released yet.
Additionally, Rah Digga confirmed the news of Tame One’s death while paying her heartfelt tribute to him on her official Instagram account.
She said, “I don’t usually run to the internet to post news like this when I feel it…but we’re going to give the Jersey legend his muthaf**kin flowers!!”

Friends and colleagues of Tame One mourns his death
Many of Tame One’s friends have publicly mourned the passing of the pioneering MC on various social media accounts.
Dante Ross shared, “One of the crew of Artifacts that tamed the Orient mighty… It was a pleasure working with him many months ago. My deepest condolences to his closest friends and family.”
Also, Statik Selektah mentioned, ‘If you’ve ever marked your name with a magnum, then you’ve been associated with what Artifacts means to us. tame a tear’

More about Taming One
Tame One was born Rahem Brown in Newark, New Jersey. He is the co-founder of hip-hop group Artifacts and a member of The Weathermen and Leak Bros.
Artifacts’ debut album, Between a Rock and a Hard Place, was released on October 25, 1994. In addition, they released their second album That’s Them on April 15, 1997.
Unfortunately, shortly after the album was released, the group announced its disbandment.
