OPP investigate 100K theft in Goderich



Ontario Provincial Police are investigating a burglary in Goderich in which the thieves stole more than $100,000.

Police believe the break-in to a home on Black Street occurred sometime between November 11 and November 12.

The suspect forced his way into the house while the occupant was not there.

The money was mostly $50 and $100 bills.

In addition to the Huron County OPP, the Huron-Perth Community Street Crime Unit and the Western Region Forensics Unit are investigating.
