Residents of parts of southwestern Ontario can expect some hazardous weather conditions on the roads.
Environment Canada issued a winter weather travel advisory for northern and eastern Lambton County Sunday morning.
Local heavy snow and blizzards have formed near Lake Huron and are expected to continue into Sunday afternoon.
A snow band is expected to bring a total of 5-10 cm, reducing visibility at times.
Motorists are advised to exercise caution as some roads and highways may be snow-covered and slippery.
The Bureau of Meteorology said conditions were expected to improve by the late afternoon when heavy snow and blizzards left the area.
