The Nashville Predators have signed Sania Sting forward Nolan Burke to a three-year entry-level contract.
Burke, 19, is off to a hot start in his first 16 games of the season, scoring 15 goals, eight of which were powerballs, all OHL highs. Burke also finished sixth with 24 points.
The Peterborough native spent his entire four-year OHL career with Sarnia, scoring 55 goals and 41 assists in 137 appearances. Burke leads the Stings with 34 goals in 2021-22.
The Sting selected Burke with the 79th overall pick in the 2018 OHL Draft. He was invited to the Buffalo Sabers prospect challenge earlier this year after not being drafted by an NHL club.
