The legislator representing Mushin Constituency II in the Lagos State Assembly, Honorable Sobur Olayiwola Olawale, popularly known as Omititi, has died. He is 58 years old.
The lawmaker, who served as chairman of the House Local Government Committee, died Tuesday in Jos, Plateau State, after he reportedly collapsed at Jos airport on his way back to Lagos from the flag of the All Progressive Congress (APC) in Jos. Jose’s presidential campaign.
The late MP recently took part in a fancy football match organised to celebrate the 50th birthday of the Speaker of the Lagos State Assembly, the Honourable Mudashiru Obasa.
Olawale represents the Mushin constituency from 2015 to 2022.
