A shoplifting incident at a local store is under investigation and police are hoping the public can help apprehend the culprit.
Just after 4:30 p.m. on November 9, a Listowel business on Wallace Avenue was the victim of a shoplifting incident, with two individuals identified as potential suspects. Two days later, the company contacted police after seeing surveillance footage. The person of interest is described as female, tanned, approximately 6’2″ tall, with brown hair, speaks Spanish, and is wearing a black top/jacket and orange/brown skirt. Person Two of Interest is described as a female, dark skinned, approximately 5’5″ tall, of medium build, with brown hair and wearing beige tracksuit.
Police are asking anyone who can identify the suspect to contact the Perth County OPP or Crime Stoppers.
