Two London trustees have been appointed chairman and deputy chairman of the Thames Valley Regional School Board.
Lori-Ann Pizzolato was re-elected chairman at Tuesday night’s board meeting. She will serve as Chair from June 2021.
“I am honored and excited to be chairing the Thames Valley Regional School Board again,” Pizzolato said. “I remain committed to working with my colleagues to advance achievement, well-being, equity and inclusion for all students. I look forward to continuing to build on the strengths of the returning trustees while learning about the strengths of the newly elected trustees.”
Pizzolato is currently serving her second term as trustee for the London districts 1, 11, 12 and 14.
At the same meeting, Beth Mac, the first London Trustee, was elected Vice-President. She represents Districts 7, 8, 9, 10 and 13 and has been actively involved with the School Board for over 22 years as an employee and volunteer.
