Dense fog hits B.C.’s south coast for second straight morning
Drivers warned of near-zero visibility in some areas
Commuters are facing a second day of dense fog on East Vancouver Island, Greater Victoria and Greater Vancouver this Wednesday morning.
On the morning of November 16, Environment Canada issued an alert for near-zero visibility in fog for the second consecutive day.
The agency said the fog formed as a ridge of high pressure trapped moisture near the surface.
