Rondo Provincial Park will be closed to the public for half a day over the next three weekends to reduce deer populations.
Members of the Delaware Nation of Moraviantown First Nation will be conducting deer herd reduction (DHR) in the park.
To ensure public safety, the park will be closed to the public during DHR, 19th, 20th, 26th, 27th November and half an hour before sunrise to 12 noon on 3rd and 4th December.
The entrance to Rondeau will be monitored by Department of Environment, Conservation and Parks staff and the public will not be allowed access during the closure.
