Sidney’s new photographer GALLERY features Victoria’s Gary Chilibeck
Everyday objects are the subject of Chilibeck’s work
Victorian visual artist Gary Chilibeck’s work will be on display at Sydney’s new Photographer’s Gallery. Chilibeck, who holds a fine arts degree with honors from the University of Victoria, will present work from two ongoing projects on ‘objects’ in a broad sense: objects found in nature and objects found in everyday life. The show runs from November 18th to December 10th
Beacon Avenue Gallery is also planning a new group show on “Revisiting the Cityscape and Streetscape” from December 16 to January 28. The gallery is inviting interested photographers to contact the gallery to reserve a spot in a future exhibition.
“If you or a photographer you know might be interested in participating, please have them contact the gallery to reserve a spot in a future exhibition,” said the gallery, which does not adjudicate submissions.
The gallery also announced that it will be closed from December 24th to January 1st.
