VicPD seeks information on man who beat patron, abused staff
Victoria Police are seeking more information about a man who assaulted others and verbally abused staff at a restaurant.
On March 13, staff at a restaurant near Bastion Square stopped serving him when the man began to verbally abuse them and he began to show signs of impairment.
After being asked to leave by the customer, the man flew into a rage and threatened the customer with a chair. A second customer snatched the chair from the man, but he punched the first customer in the face.
The man is described as white, approximately 35 years old, 6-foot-1 with a slim build. He has short brown hair and was wearing a black bomber jacket, dark pants, dark shoes, black backpack and black bag with red piping at the time of the attack.
