It seems some of Toyin Abraham’s fans didn’t forgive her for supporting President-elect Bola Tinubu’s candidacy, as one of them attacked the actress on Monday night, saying he would die if he watched any more of her movies.
Toyin posted a photo of her latest film, Ijakumo, urging her fans to see it in theaters in Nigeria and abroad, but her fan fired back saying he would never be in it again.
Angry fans and others took their anger out on the actress, noting that they had washed their hands of anything to do with Toyin and her films.
While Toyin garnered positive reviews from some fans, others simply said they had severed ties with her.
But Toyin reacted by warning her angry fans not to use swear words at her and Craft, saying that whether they watch her movies or not, they won’t die.
“You will not die in the name of Jesus, please stop saying negative things. It’s okay if you don’t want to watch it, but please never say you will die again,” she added.
