A few days ago, fans of Nigerian gospel superstar Mercy Chinwo gathered at the Omnisport Stadium in Lomé, Togo, for the highly anticipated “Grand Excess Love” concert.
The award-winning singer/songwriter promised a night of praise and an atmosphere of worship, and her audience thrilled when “Priest of Mercy” lowered the presence of God with her popular worship song, as They raised their hands in praise.
The two-day concert was full of high-energy praise, worship and various expressions. She led a lineup of evangelists from many African countries and brought a heartwarming performance that moved the audience to tears.
Mercy’s popularity in the Nigerian music scene has been on the rise and her performance in Togo has taken her game to the next level, making her one of the leading Nigerian gospel singers, having performed to the largest audience in Togo.
Affectionately known as “The Minister of Mercy”, the Grand Excess Love concert was a night to remember and will go down in history as a resounding success.
