The results culled from the Lagos State Finishing Center of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) showed the ruling All Progressive Congress in a clear lead in most local government areas.
The ruling All Progressive Congress party’s incumbent governor, Babajid Sanwo-Oglu, is opposed by Labor’s Gabbadebo Roz-Wiver and the People’s Democratic Party’s Abdul Aziz Adilan.

In Rhodes-Vivour’s Ikeja LGA, the Governor received 32,273 votes to Labor’s 15,174.
The Governor has won 13 LGAs in the results posted so far.
