If you want to know the story behind the meal you just ordered at a restaurant, there is one restaurant in Victoria that is sure to remind you of something special.
Feast your eyes on the debut of the “revolutionary” Le Petit Chef at the Victoria Marriott Inner Harbor’s Fire + Water restaurant on February 23rd.
This cutting-edge concept combines culinary skills with innovative 3-D projection mapping technology to take guests on a fun and delicious dining journey with the ‘World’s Smallest Chef’.
Designed by Skullmapping and presented by TableMation Studios, the immersive dining experience will see guests feast on a four-course meal while chefs, expected to be 6cm tall, come to life to guide them through each dish, its history and preparation as they The plates will come alive in front of them.
“Le Petit Chef is a very unique culinary adventure and we are excited to offer it to our guests,” said Ian Jones, general manager of the Victoria Marriott Inner Harbor. Traditional dining is reinvigorated.”
Using playful animation, the Instagram-worthy plate is transformed into a visually stunning dinner theater, creating a truly one-of-a-kind dining experience for up to 16 guests. Hedonic Adventures is for guests of all ages.
Le Petit Chef experiences start at $158 per person. Optional wine pairings, vegetarian options and children’s options are also available.
The Victoria Marriott Inner Harbor recently underwent an extensive renovation, including a redesign of the lobby, guest rooms and restaurants.
