Windsor Police were at the scene of a serious crash in the East End for much of Wednesday afternoon.
Three vehicles were involved in the crash on Wyandotte Street East and Lauzon Road shortly after 11am, with at least one vehicle suffering serious damage, according to reports.
Multiple ambulances were dispatched to the season and several people were taken to hospital. There was no word on the severity or number of injuries.
Investigators closed a section of Wyandotte Street East and St. Rose Street on Lauzon Road for several hours while Windsor Police’s accident reconstruction team determined how the crash occurred.
Crossing reopens shortly after 3:30 p.m.
