If the winner chooses to stay in the Port Stanley residence, they will also receive a handsome prize.
“[The Domus Dream Home] Actually fully furnished and $200,000 in cash,” Heather McCarron confirmed with Dream Lottery. “We know people love the idea of Dream Homes, but obviously houses cost a lot of money, so having cash is a really good option. And then you think about the Port Stanley location, I mean, who doesn’t like the idea of being close to the beach, especially when the weather starts to warm up. “
The Domus Dream Home package is worth $1,100,000.
The Royal Oak home is large enough for a family, while the Domus home is a smaller ranch-style design that might appeal to couples, retired workers or those looking for a cabin near the beach, McCarron said.
If Dream Lottery winners choose neither of these two houses, they can take home a $1 million cash prize.
In addition to the grand prize, Dream Lottery players have the chance to win a Harley Davidson motorcycle, a gift certificate of value, or the “Dream Salary,” which gives the winner $1,000 each week for a year.

For 25 years, the Dream Lottery has been a successful fundraiser supporting local hospitals – St Joseph’s Healthcare, London Health Sciences Center (LHSC) and Children’s Hospital.
“Proceeds from our lottery program — which, by the way, have exceeded $55 million since its inception in 1996 — are distributed among three foundations, and therefore hospitals, to meet their highest priority needs at any given time ,” explained John MacFarlane, President and CEO of the London Health Sciences Foundation. “So it supports specialized imaging equipment, cancer research and other programs in hospitals that would not otherwise be supported. That’s why it’s so important.”
The Royal Oak and Domus Dream Homes are now open to the public for tours. There will be an open house on the long weekend from 12pm to 7pm.After Mondays, normal business hours resume on Thursdays and Fridays from 2pm to 7pm and on weekends from 12pm to 5pm
“For the first time in three years, people can actually come into their homes, so we’re really excited about that,” MacFarlane added.
