Bayfield’s Beer, Wine and Food Festival will return this year at the same capacity as it did before the pandemic.
Co-organizer Bill Whetstone said last year’s festival came on the heels of the pandemic and they really didn’t know what to expect.
“There are 22 vendors this year and we expect to sell out again with about 1,000 tickets, which we appreciate,” Whetstone said. the Road Hounds, Darryl Romphf and the Side Road Reunion.”
Whetstone added that people were keen to see the festival come back, so they hoped they could sell out again. The event is not-for-profit and all funds raised will go to support youth sports and other programs at the Bayfield Arena and Community Center.
Whetstone said that this will be the seventh year of the Beer, Wine and Food Festival, and so far they have raised nearly $100,000 for the Bayfield Arena and Community Center. The festival will be held at the Bayfield Arena on May 13th from 2pm to 9pm. For more information visit the Bayfield Beer, Wine & Food Facebook page.
