Passengers unharmed after helicopter crash north of London

No two people on board were injured when a private helicopter crashed in a field in north London on Wednesday morning.

Members of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) in Middlesex County responded at around 10:34 a.m. in the area of ​​Eight Mile Road and Wonderland Road in Middlesex Central

According to police, the helicopter crashed due to a “mechanical failure”.

Two people were in the helicopter at the time of the crash, but police said they were able to escape the plane without injury.

The Middlesex County OPP confirmed the helicopter was removed from the scene, and the Canadian Transportation Safety Board was informed of Wednesday’s incident.
