Sarnia Fire Rescue and city police responded to a bushfire along the Howard Watson Nature Trail behind Goodwill on Michigan Avenue just before 2 p.m. Friday.
Police told residents in the Sandpiper Drive area to stay indoors, close windows and turn off ventilation systems.
