County of Wellington launching satisfaction survey

Next month, some residents in Wellington County will have the opportunity to voice their views to local government.

Wellington County is conducting its first-ever business satisfaction survey, which ran from late April to late May.

Ipsos, an independent market research firm, will conduct the survey on behalf of the county. Selected residents will be contacted by phone or mail to complete the survey and share their experiences with county programs and services.

“We want to hear from residents,” said Warden Andy Lennox. “We hope this satisfaction survey will identify opportunities and challenges for county councils to address. We
Hope to continue to provide and improve responsible public service to our diverse community. “

The findings will be released this summer and will be released alongside the county’s 2023 Strategic Plan.
