A 60-year-old man has been charged after he was spotted committing an indecent act on the streets of Tillsonburg.
A person called the Oxford OPP after seeing a man committing a crime on Allen Street about 7am last Friday. Police said the man was said to be walking down the street at the time.
Following an investigation, a 60-year-old Tilsonburg man was arrested. He was charged with indecent conduct contrary to the criminal law.
The accused will appear in Woodstock court on charges at a later date, police said on Monday.
